radian cover...

is there a trick to getting to covers off? the little black buttons that keep the covers on? i don't wanna break it! but it won't come off and i wanna put its new clothes on!

I hate those black tabs! Pain in my rear! I've broken nails trying to get them off before. I can't get them off without pliers. Someone here siad they use the safe stop to pull them out, I haven't tried that.

I never put them on anymore, the covers stay on fine without them, I don't even notice a difference at all.

i dont pull mine out... kinda off use them like a button... if that makes any sense.... the cover will slip off around it... atleast mine do...

A much easier solution to get the pegs out (without using any extra tools that you would have to hunt down). Use the Safe Stop (the thing hanging at the top of the car seat in the back -- here is a picture of it) and pry it off.

Thanks! i got it off with pliers, but next time i need to play carseat dress up i will try it with the safe stop! i know remember reading that before..
