    Recommend a new seat...

Currently we have a 30/48 Marathon and a 35/65 TrueFit. My 20 month old is RF'ing in the MA - he has hit a growth spurt and is now over 25lbs and still gaining. We kept my oldest RF'ing until 4,and I'd like to do the same with him. My oldest is nearly 5 and FF'ing in the TF. Last month she weighed in at 33lbs - not sure of her height, but she has about a cm left on the second to the top harness height.

Now I could just switch seats, but I`m not happy with how the Marathon sits in our car FFěng. And really, I can see DD fitting her TF for at least another year if not longer.

Ideally, I`d like to have to buy only one more car seat (and then just boosters of course). But I`d also like to keep them harnessed as long as possible.

So - what seat would be best to replace the MA with...
    DD - 1/20/06 - 58 lbs, 54", Graco AFFIX, Harmony, Graco TurboBooster
    DS - 4/19/09 - 44 lbs, 48", Graco TurboBooster

    Easy.

Britax frontier xt for your oldest. Pass the Truefit down.

You could also do a graco nautilus for your oldest, but I prefer the tall top harness position of the frontier xt.
