Question Radian Replacement

We had a Radian 65 in our car that was recently totaled.
I noticed on the Radian website that they will replace the seat. Anyone done this before?
I'm trying to figure it all out. I need to find all the paperwork for purchasing the Radian...it's packed in a box...the accident happened when we were moving.
Do I have to pay to send the seat to them?
How long did getting a replacement take?
It sounds like an awesome deal. I hope it works out for us. My poor 18 month DS is stuck in the infant Keyfit 30 right now until we can save enough for a new seat, or get a replacement.
Insurance is being a bit dumb. They won't cover the seat unless I have the actual receipt. They want it right now. All our stuff is in one state, the car in another. And the paperwork is in some box. Right now this instant isn't going to happen for at least a week. I honestly can't even remember if I saved the actual online printout receipt. I have found every other receipt for our big baby purchases but that one...of course

Yes, you'd have to pay shipping. It would be better to work on the receipt I think. If you bought online, you may be able to get a copy from the company, have you e-mailed them?
