Baby Catalog return question

I got a shipping label from them for the SGL. It says it has to be received within 30 days of the original delivery date. Sadly that was 11/26. It was past that date when I got the email back - 12/27. Do you think I can still return it? No bites on CL on it.

How long did it take them to send you the email? If it was longer than 1-2 days, you might have a case. If you were close to the 30-day deadline when you requested the email, I think you're out of luck.

It was either Christmas Eve or the day before, so the 23rd or 24th. Even if they'd responded that day, it wouldn't have been delivered to them in time. The Sunday of the 17th was when I finally had him and was able to check fit. Then with getting ready for Xmas, yada yada yada and so on. DH has been in the hospital the last few days and I forgot about it, so a classic case never getting around to it.

Well, we'll see what they say. Maybe I'll post it on swap, too. Although there's already one posted.
