Is the car fit list a comprehensive guide

Hello. I was thinking if I can get the car seat tight and secure is it a problem if it's not on the car seat list. I am considering the Britax TWE or Multitech and a Ford Kuga. This ford is not on the car seat list of both the seats. Can I still use them or there are other factors apart from the tight fit.

    Cheers.

No, the list is not a comprehensive guide. As long as your install is secure & fits well in your car, the seat is safe.

Car fitting list for the Swedish seats can be a good rough guide of what cars are suitable. There are many cars missing from the list and also some on the list which should not really be there.

Both seats will fit in a Kuga.
