For months I have been trying to figure out a way to put both my kids in the 3rd row for when I need to put other people in my car. I had tried tons of different seats RF and finally gave up and figured I'd have to turn DS FF if I put them both back there. So I picked a seat that was easy to convert from RF to FF (CA LX which I also tried to fit RF back there, and it failed). Well the LX didnt work out for us so I switched it for a regular CA, but never tried it back there. Today I was cleaning out the car and decided to try it and guess what!!! IT FITS REAR FACING IN THE THIRD ROW!!!!! It installs PERFECTLY and doesn't even touch the back of the 2nd row at all. Like it was made to fit there. Needless to say, I am thrilled and I knew only folks at c-s.org would understand my excitement. :)

not surprised... same reason the Scenera fits so well for rfing in third rows... no base lets it sit more upright and take up a bit less space front-back.

congrats!

My 14yr old climbs in through the rear hatch when I have to have 6 or more in my Sub and he rides in the 3rd row. All 3 of my littles are in the 2nd row and do not want to move.
