Is this a good booster seat?? I love the flowers and colors and have been looking for another good, not too expensive booster for DD1, maybe for my car (depends on how the Nautilus fits as a booster), maybe for extra. I don't like the Turbo very good because of the back falling off, seems flimsy. I  our Vivo (it's in DH's truck), but can't get one with a recent DOM because it's discontinued :(

It requires support from the car to the level of the child's ears. And I think it looks like ET when the headrest is up. LOL I think it's decently tall, about 21" top belt guide height.

I don't think there are too many reviews of it. I didn't find any in a search. No data have been submitted to the spreadsheet about sizes, so it seems no one's even bothered to take a ruler to it.

The armrests flip up, that's pretty cool. I couldn't get it disentangled from the plastic ties at Walmart to get a good feel for it the time I saw it, but I was so tempted to buy it just to try it
ET's giant uncle , I'd say, since I'm used to the Parkway being a nice small ET, lol, but the space between the headwings seemed generous, so it wouldn't be like the "horse blinders" that are on the Complete Air

If you don't like the turbo because it seems flimsy, you might have issues with the Boost air. It is VERY flimsy, much moreso than the TB, in my opinion. I mean...I LIKE the Boost air, and want one lol, but it isn't sturdy.

I've got one. Its nice. It was the only HB I could find in my area this week so it came home with me. I have a turbo also and it seems more "stable" then the turbo. I'll attempt to get some pictures of the girl in it tomorrow...

Oh, if you have time, please do!! I'm not in a huge hurry to get it, I plan on waiting until after the holidays to switch her to booster full-time....she still has a little room in the Nautilus harness...
Does it come apart when moved like the TB?? That's mostly what I don't like...

did you check big lots for a vivo?? (I'm beginning to think that the big lots stores by me are the only ones with all these vivos/vivo lites in stock)

I have this one and love it  I bought it for dd2 to booster train in and dd1 has taken it over. DD1 prefers it to the Oobr  So glad I spent all that money on the Oobr

That was your DD in the pic on the Walmart reviews!! I  the covers on the Oobr, but not the price!!

The Oobr is a pretty booster, in person, too. It installs like a dream, as well. But the ease of install and attractiveness don't compensate for the short seat and lack of padding. My dd loved it at first, but she likes the Monterey much better.

So, get what fits your dd and your car well (and budget), even if it's not pretty:).

FYI-I know this thread is old, but for anyone reading this after the fact, the Vivos are not discontinued. That is a rumor that I keep seeing on this site, but they are on recaros website, you can get them on amazon, and a few other online places. They are just hard to find in person!
