Girls’ Hooded Zip Jacket and Vest Sets with Drawstrings Recalled By Splendid Due to Strangulation Hazard. Sold at: Major department stores and children’s boutiques nationwide from August 2010 through November 2010 for between $80 and $90.

The full details on this recall are not yet on CVS or CPSC website, but the word is getting out that there is a recall on the light green colored CVS reusable shopping bag. This bag has a leaf pattern on it. If you have this one, take it back to the CVS store, and they are suppose to give you a new bag or you could ask for your money back.

Wal-Mart Recalls Flow Pro, Airtech, Aloha Breeze & Comfort Essentials Brand Electric Heaters Due to Fire and Burn Hazard. Sold Exclusively at: Walmart stores nationwide from December 2001 through October 2009 for about $18.

Sterno Recalls Portable Butane Stoves Due to Fire and Burn Hazards. Sold at: Sporting goods stores and other retail stores nationwide, including Puerto Rico, from September 2009 through September 2010, and to restaurants and restaurant supply stores from August 2006 through September 2010 for between $20 and $30.

Trimmers/Brushcutters Recalled by STIHL Incorporated Due to Injury Hazard. Sold at: Authorized STIHL dealers nationwide from June 2009 to April 2010 for about $550.

Portable Table-Saws Recalled by Ryobi Due to Laceration Hazard. Sold exclusively at: Home Depot retail outlets nationwide and Canada from July 2010 through October 2010 for about $200.

Paging Horn Loudspeakers Recalled By TOA Electronics Due to Risk of Impact Injury. Sold by: Audio retailers nationwide from March 2008 through December 2009 for between $70 and $130.

Fagor America Inc. Recalls Refrigerators Due to Fire Hazard. Sold at: Specialty Home Appliance Stores nationwide between July 2006 and May 2010 for between $2,000 and $2,500.

Extech Instruments Recalls Digital Clamp and Multimeters due to Electrocution Hazard. Sold at: Industrial and electrical distributors and wholesalers nationwide and at online tool and test equipment retailers from January 2008 to November 2010 for between $150 and $300.

Sally Jackson Cheese of Oroville, WA is recalling all cheese products, including cow, goat, and sheep, because they may be contaminated with Escherichia coli O157:H7 bacteria. Sally Jackson brand cheeses made from raw cow, goat, and sheep milk were distributed nationwide.

Tropical Nut & Fruit of Charlotte, NC, is voluntarily recalling all its products containing walnuts supplied by Atlas Walnuts, LLC after November 16, 2010 because they have the potential to contain Salmonella. Brands involved in the recall include Atlas, Tropical, and Harris Teeter.

Reese Pharmaceutical Company of Cleveland, Ohio has voluntarily recalled lot# 091612 only in 60-count size bottles identified under four different brand names (Refenesen Expectorant, Select Brand Mucus Relief Expectorant, QC Medifin Expectorant, Leader Cough Tabs Expectorant) because cold decongestant tablets (containing Acetaminophen 325 mg, Phenylephrine 5 mg & Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2 mg) were mislabeled as containing only 200mg Guaifenesin tablets. This product was distributed nationwide.
