Nissan website - have we seen this?

Some friends of mine from church (young couple, kids in the not-too-distant future... I have already brainwashed them sufficiently ;)) are new-car shopping, and were talking to another friend the other night. They were discussing how they were on the Nissan website, and the site has a guide for which carseats fit their vehicles. I haven't looked it over extensively, but it's interesting - apparently the Radian doesn't fit in the Maxima, lol.

Interesting......

This is DS in his Radian....installed with a seatbelt....in the rear center of my mom's 2010 Maxima. :)

However, this is the ONLY position I could get it in. I think it would have been fine RF, but DS is over the limit.

Isn't the rule for saying it 'fits' is for it to fit in every single position? I think that's why some of us oldies :)cool:) don't even bother remembering that this site exists (I know I ruled it out when it said the Regent didn't work in the Quest or something crazy, even though a tech friend of mine had put hers in several positions with ease).

Man - I have installed quite a few seats in my Nissan - but it is a 2001 - so I can't "test" the validity of their list!

The RN isn't listed for the 2010 Sentra either. The Sentra was the car I had the RN SL strap loosen in. Perfect install with the belt though.
