Regent and Honda Odyssey question

We were recently in a car accident that totalled our van. We are getting an 07 Odyssey and obviously replacing the car seats. Since my oldest is 5 I was planning to get a Regent. I can't find a local store that has one in stock for me to try first.

Will the Regent fit into the outboard position of the 3rd row in an Odyssey? I have 3 3/4 kids, so there will be a Marathon on the other rear row outboard position and a RF Marathon and a RF Decathalon in the middle captain chairs.

I just need to know if it fits properly before I buy one online.

Yes, I have a Husky in the 3rd row outboard (driver's side) of our '07 Ody. Installed long-belt-path, because (1) that position does not have Lower Anchors (just rear tether), and (2) because DS is over 40 lbs. (Honda's LATCH limit is 40 lbs.).

The Husky is installed with the recline bar because it makes it sit just a bit lower so I have a little more room to see out the back window. Also, the little bit of recline makes it easier for DS to nap.

Because of the nice little side cup holders and storage in the Ody 3rd row which make the bench less wide, I haven't been able to get any combination of 3 seats back there. But if I had to add a 5th seat, I think I could use the new "jump seat" in the 2nd row. (Visit odyclub.com at

P.S. I moved the two 2nd row captain's chairs together, and use the "side aisle" for loading the 3rd row -- it's worked well.
