I want to have 3 across

in my '05 Corolla.

Here are my seats:
Roundabout 55
Cosco Scenera
Evenflo Maestro

I HATE the Scenera RF so I want to keep the RA55 RF. Right now it's outboard, which I prefer, but I can move it center.

Can it be done?

i would just say try! im not sure about the RA55..but its worth a shot!

Are they all RF? FF? Mixture? Willing to buy new seats?

There's a member here who just upgraded from a Corolla. I believe she had two Radians and a Complete Air, all RFing. Perhaps she'll know if there are any other combos that she knows of! I'll send her the thread.

I've never tried the Maestro in the Corolla. If you put a Radian rear-facing in the center, the RA55 will PROBABLY puzzle over it nicely (I haven't tried the new Britax either but they look like they might puzzle.) Then you could put something else, possibly but not certainly the Maestro, outboard.

I don't know that you can do it without at least one new seat in the mix, that is narrower than what you have and shaped better for puzzling. I did an awful lot of 3 across in our Corolla and all of them had at least one Radian in the mix, I never managed one without one being a Radian.

Also, in an 05 you need to check for advanced airbags-- if you have them seats can't touch the front seat.

The new britax seats and the Radians puzzle really well.. I too think you are going to need one new seat (at least) I know I would not be able to to do a 3 across with those seats in my liberty.

Ugh, I really don't want to buy another seat. If I have the RA and the Maestro both installed outboard, it looks like there's so much room in the middle.

I want the RA55 RF outboard passenger, FF Scenera in the middle, and the Maestro outboard driver's side.

I was just wishing someone would tell me it would work with what I have.

Ketchupqueen, my car does have advanced airbags, so no car seats touching the front seats.
