My 3-across in my 2005 Ody

I'll be picking up a little girl and taking her to and from preschool for a few weeks and so I was playing around with where to put her.

Here is my 3-across. 2005 Honday Odyssey.

And of course, this means I get to try the "loading through the hatch" with DD.

Can you move things around so that the forward facing Avenue is in a tetherable position? You have three top tethers, and a booster and a rear facing seat are taking up two of them.

I'm not sure this is where everyone is staying. I was actually shocked that I got any seat at all on the plus one seat.

Would the Signo fit rear facing in the plus one seat, and would the Monterey fit next to the Avenue top tethered in the third row? Then you could take out the driver's side second row seat for access.

Or, alternatively, fold down the plus one seat, put the Monterey third row outboard, the Signo third row other outboard, and the Avenue and Nautilus in the middle rows, top tethered.

I didn't try the signo on the plus one seat - I just assumed the base would be too big. I'll be trying more later -- the kiddos were cold and hungry and tired of me telling them "just a minute." LOL :p

I guess I need to look back through the manual - but do Signo's have a rule about how much needs to be on the seat? I would imagine there would be some overhang. hmmmmm........this may be a long afternoon! LOL

This is interesting, I am going to have to get 5 in my 05 ody in January, thankfully 2 are in boosters, TBs.

I believe Recaro follows the standard 80% rule.

Ok, possibly dumb question from me then -- does that apply only at the "front" of the base? I'm thinking there will be overhang from the sides of the base as well.
