Car seat nightmares!

So, I started with an 8 week old daycare baby girl  They bought a blvd70  for me to use! So, she fits in it great (after taking off the hugs, crotch pad and shoulder pads). But when her mother came to pick her up I noticed that she had another blvd70 in her car installed at about 30 degrees  So, I explained the whole head control thing and got a pool noodle and reinstalled her seat. But she has an older Jaguar that has these horrible scooped leather seats  I'm thinking I'm going to need more noodles to get the 45 degrees. Britax allows 3 noodles (pyramid) right?
Oh, and when her father dropped her off in a snugride 35  it had a bundle me, head roll thing and aftermarket shoulder pads  So, I took everything out  and the baby fit just perfect. Neither parent said anything....we'll see how tomorrow goes

I don't think Britax states a noodle limit. I needed five under Laine's True Fit when she was a newborn.

Also, see how she does. Some eight week olds can be more upright (I think I moved Laine to about 40º then).

Ok thanks :) I just installed the Blvd in my van in the 3rd row and it was at about 40 degrees. I will try and take pics tomorrow with her in it. I have a Triumph65 but there is SO much crotch room, even with a folded wash cloth

at least they are doing better than so many others! I'd just mention all these things to them as a person who has BTDT to a person trying to figure out carseats.

Do you have a pic of the install with 5 noodles? I'd love to see it.
