DD going back in harness

She is going back in a harness in DH vehicle if I can fit the maestro in there since DH can not handle buckling her properly and DD can not yet either it is just a tight fit in there. She is only 37lbs so I feel better all around with this decision.

I agree that a harnessed seat for a small 4yo in a tight three-across is likely the best choice.

Until I figured out my space issue in there recently we barely got the HB booster in there. But now with it all worked out it will fit I hope. I mean I'd I can sit there comfortably with space it should fit.

Sounds like a good plan to me. I was really confused at first which DD you were talking about since your siggy says she's still RF... I'm guessing that just hasn't been updated in a while? LOL

Last I heard her dd was rf in the CA by choice in their main car (smart kid) but is ff in all other vehicles.

You have it correct there. DD and DS1 are both RF in my van as we travel mostly with this van. We have good seats in there. In our secondary vehicles we have cheaper seats. DD has been FF in there for a while and DS1 just turned in his scenera. The turning of that scenera was the space issue I had to figure out. As two sceneras are not kosher side by side.

Siggy just shows main car. This thread refers to a secondary vehicle. CAs would never fit in DH escape. Two maybe but never with a third seat in there.
