Can you use a SR32 base with an SR22?

I forget all of the rules... have a friend who needs a base for her SR22 and I'd like to get the 32 that's in swap if they're compatible.

Nope- the SR 22 is a totally different seat and base.

The SS1, SR32, and SR35 can all be interchanged, up to the lowest weight limit of either the seat or base, whichever is lower, IIRC.

And you can also use the SR30 *seat* with the SS1/SR32/SR35 base, but you cannot use the other three seats (SS1/SR32/SR35) with the SR30 base.

Ok, thanks. I remembered the part of the rule where the seat, if it has a higher limit than the base, can be used to the limit of the base, just couldn't remember the rest of the rule.

I called Graco twice and both reps said there are no restrictions on any of the bases or car seats. So, with this information you can use the 30, 32, 35 and SS1 with any of those bases.

Then again, this is just the rep but I made them double check. Whatever he checked, they verified this was true.

Graco has given lots of different answers regarding interchanging the bases on the SS1, SR30, 32, 35. Not surprisingly.

I'd be perfectly fine using any of those bases up to the lower of the weights in question.

But, no, the Snugride 22 is a completely different seat, so not interchangeable.

Can you use a SR32 base with an SR22?
