:D I was messing with this last night, too and asked for directions from Virginia to Paris. It directed me to drive all the way up to the starting point in New York from the NY-London directions. It proceeded from there w/directions to London and then across the English Channel w/directions to Paris. Dh tried NY to Berlin, as well and got directions through London :p . We did try various things on the Pacific Coast, but Google was "unable to obtain directions" for those particular areas  . It appears it's only programmed to get you from NY to London or vice versa and then to your destination. Unfortunately, that swim might just mean you stop in London and never get past there :ROTFLMAO:

It will only do the continental US to Europe. Even if you start in AZ, it will direct you to the same wharf in NY then across the atlantic. It will do Finland, but not Ukraine. It also won't do anywhere in South America or Africa. I also love the 29 day swim time. I wonder how many people they had to average to get it! ;)

:ROTFLMAO: Just for fun I also got directions from NY to my home town. It led me right through downtown Chicago, which would probably be worse than swimming across the atlantic :p . It also lead me to the stupidest location it the city, the hospital. Yep I'm going to drive all the way from NY for a medical emergency  . Especially when I get stuck in dowtown Chicago :p .

Have you ever looked at the satellite images on google? It's scary! I can see my house, my truck, my beehives, our cows, etc., etc. Have fun with it.

My dad was trying to figure out what year the satellite images were taken based on what crops he had planted on which quarters of land...it was definitely a year when he was growing flax, lol.

In our area it looks like it is 2006. Some of my beehives showed up in a location that I just started using last year, so thats what I'm going by. Does the flax actually show up blue, or just a certain colour of green?
