Any suggestions? I'm assuming the shower cap styles won't go over it with the antirebound bar.

I was just thinking about this. My novel idea of getting this so I could throw a shower cap style cover on might not work out with the antirebound bar and the headrest raised (which I will need).

I will be watching this thread!

Yeah, I also thought about this. I think there was someone in another thread (off the deals board) that has a pattern, if you sew, for a blanket type thing that fastens to the handle then kind of creates a tent. That would probably work if you are crafty. But I'm definitely not.

My friend had one made and it was a tad bigger and it just went right over the anit-rebound bar. I should see if she has pictures of it.

I agree that it's kind of a creepy pattern, but I'm sure there's other things out there that are similar. :) Yeah, I see what you're saying about holding it on your arm (I do the same with daycare kiddos). I vaguely remember one that someone made that was similar, but you can move the cover around so you can put your arm through the handle. Not sure if it was on here, or somewhere else. I'll see what I can find.

That's kinda creepy lol.

I like to use my arm to put the handle of the seat over so for this you'd have to use your hands. Not sure if it matters to some people

Good point...

Ideally, would you just need 2 slits and 2 snaps to alter the existing ones out there? I would totally ruin something trying to do that. Looks like I'll just be using blankets :)

Search for car seat cover canopy on google. It comes up with some patterns and a few actual products.
I think these are going to be the best bet. Any other suggestions?
