Question Installing headrests on seats in Chevy Express

We are wanting to purchase a Chevy Express 12 passenger because of our large and growing family. We test-drove one and really liked it. But, we are concerned that there are not head-rests on any of the back 3 rows of seats. Is there a way (or is it even possible) to install firm and safe headrests for those back three rows in the Chevy Express 12 passenger?

Thanks,
