Feingold diet anyone?

Has anyone purchased the information for the Feingold diet? What did you think?

Thanks --I think food dye (at the very least) is affecting my 5 month old, I need to start at elimination diet.

We avoid food dyes, but haven't done feingold yet. What is he eating that would have food dye in it?

We recently eliminated dairy and artificial dyes and flavors and high fructose corn syrup. It has made a huge difference in Hayley's behavior, but recently we introduced dairy again, still avoiding artificial ingredients. I'm not sure how well it's going with dairy back in the picture.

Coming back to re-phrase...didn't mean to sound rude. Just didn't know where food dye would come from in a 5 month old's diet. Then I thought, Oh, breastmilk?! I'll just crawl back into my hole now... LOL
