In Search Of Looking for an AT&T phone...

My phone had a little mishap with the hot tub and while it works some days... other days it chooses not to. I'd really like to replace it but hate having to renew contracts. I am a simple person and do not text or anything so if anyone out there has a simple, easy to use, reasonable phone that will work with AT&T let me know what you have

I had an LG Shine and absolutely loved it but those things are hard to come by... anything compatible to that would be great!

If you don't find a gently used one, have you looked at the AT&T GO phones? I think they have simple ones for $25 and you just plug in your simm card from your current phone and continue with the same plan you currently have. That's what we are looking into once our contract is up. We don't text either and most phones now require a $15/mos./phone data plan that we just won't use and hate to pay for something we don't use! There are lots of other brands that have this same option, just depends on where you live and the kind of coverage you need.

I know I have the phone and battery, let me look around and see if I have a charger.

I washed dh's phone the other day so we ordered a Go phone online. It was less than $8 and free shipping. It's a simple one because we don't text or anything either but it does have a speakerphone and takes pictures. I'm actually thinking about ordering another one to have on standby because this is the second time I've washed a phone.

Oh my goodness ladies!!! Thank you so much for all of your responses and help :thumbsup: I love how sweet everyone on this board is. I think as of right now I am most interested in the LG Shine. I can manage without the charger because I have one from the one I dropped in the hot tub, oops!!!

I will keep you all posted on what I decide to do and again thanks so much for the help!
