So I have a DC with the horrid adjustor that has actually gotten worse over time, instead of better like I hoped.
I called about it back in September but told the gal that I would e-mail her when I wanted the return shipping lable since I was due to have a baby anyday. Well here we are 6 months later and I am using the DC for Griff and it is such a pain to adjust. So I call back and get the same lady and this time they said they will send me a new seat, last time they wanted me to ship it to them to see if they can fix it. Woo Hooo I am soo excited! She gave me the choice of a MA or BV so I picked the BV!
So if you have a crappy DC that won't adjust...CALL!! :p

Yep, same here. I called about 3 months ago and they wanted me to ship it back so they could check. I was able to get the straps tight, just not when he was buckled in so I didn't worry about it. Then last week the straps wouldn't loosen and that was it for me. I called Monday expecting a fight but instead she gave me a choice between the Marathon and Boulevard. Same thing for my sil. I guess they know for sure there is a problem now. Hope you love your new seat.

I wonder if they are thinking of getting rid of the DC.

We had to wait for the shipping label and send the first one back. But when the new one broke, they offered us a BV or a MA (with an extra cover). We got the MA.

Very cool - A company that actually still believes in customer service! They are beginning to be few and far between lately. I am real happy to see that Britax is standing behind their product for you, especially since I just became a customer. Having a problem doesn't bother me so much, it's how they handle it that makes a real difference to me. Good news.

i think that the MA should just have the infant pillows...then there would really be no need for the DC:twocents:
