Question 1996 Ford Explorer tether anchors

Anybody have the info to get tether anchors retrofitted in a '96 Ford Explorer?

I also have a 96 Explorer and I took it to Ford and they put in 3 teathers for me no charge. Just give them a call.

Part number: F17Z78613D74-A

Drill dimple in floor. Remove rear floor scuff plate, fold back carpet, and lift filler panel to expose drill dimples. Lower spare tire before drilling.

You'll need to refer the Ford dealership service staff to Ford Program R7C for details of Ford's free tether anchor retrofit policy, and here's a link to a post with an attached .pdf copy of the R7C document that you can print out to show to the Ford dealership service department: http://www.car-seat.org/showpost.php?p=904789&postcount=6

Thanks everybody! I wanted something to back me up because when we had to take my husband's Pontiac Grand Prix into a dealership for the same thing a few years ago, they thought we were making it up.

I am unable to access the PDF document for my 1996 Ford Explorer since I'm not registered to enter that website. Could you help me access the PDF document so I can have it before I go to the local Ford dealer and ask for their help to install the tether anchors?
