My mom is driving me crazy!!

About a month ago I bought a new parkway for my oldest ds to use in my mom's van because at the time she was only using a backless booster. Well today she brought him home and informed me that she is not using the parkway anymore because not only does he not like the wings (I never had any problems when he rode with me in it), but the cupholders are not deep enough. When did having nice cupholders become a prerequisite for a carseat? I am so mad because I just paid $100 for the seat and she's refusing to use it and I don't need another booster. So now I'm threatening to put the husky in her car, which I know she would hate because its so big, but I don't know what else to do.

That is precisely why DD is not allowed to ride with MIL and FIL. They won't learn how to harness DD in, so she doesn't ride with them.

My child, my way.

No, he stays with her all the time. He's actually conviced that he lives with her and just has sleepovers at our house. I know its going to come down to me taking the turbobooster, that's just all there is to it. I don't see why it has to be such a hassle though, my dad does what I tell him to. And its not like I'm making her buy the seats.

If they ride more in that car then i would make it the husky...
but if you have that many seats then why not move the turbo if you already have one??? If they will use it better then so be it... i guess, but as soon as my dd has a parkway then i don't think i will be using the out turbo any more just b/c the parkway is easier to buckle (no arm rest) and is missued less in my family! LOL
