They should be replaced. Talk to your insurance company, they should be willing to cover the cost of them. You can salvage the covers from them if your insurance company will let you. Glad everyone is ok!

They absolutely need to be replaced, all five of them.

Insurance should cover it if you carry collision/comprehensive coverage.

I would replace them all.

Did your airbags deploy? If so, I'd also make sure all seatbelts that were in use are replaced.

If you don't have collision/comp, called Learning Curve about the TFs. A friend of mine had her TFs replaced by LC themselves after she hit a deer. Worth a try. She just called to confirm with them that the seats did need to be replaced because her insurance company giving her a hard time about it since the kids weren't with her when it happened. They offered to replace them for her.

OH and FYI, the Deer hit you. Makes a difference in your insurance claim.....not sure why, but it does (at least this is what I was told)

It actually does! I hit a deer last summer, it was awful. The insurance people and the people at the repair place took all kinds of pictures of the blood and fur and were like "oh, you're really lucky! from the damage it's really obvious that it ran into you!" I didn't feel lucky at the time, but that meant they'd pay for the $5,000 worth of damage.

Nice:thumbsup: Be forwarned, though, that when my friend had hers replaced, they asked her to pay for shipping the crashed seats back. If they didn't mention anything to you about it, you might want to check. It might not be as big a deal in the US, but here in Canada, shipping anything is $$$. It was going to cost her $100 to ship 2 seats. I don't think she ever ended up sending them.
