I just found this in my shed. I have no idea how old it is exactly. I am guessing.. 8 years?? There are no labels left on it.

Is there a way to figure the expiration?

There should be a number or something that looks like a clock stamped into the plastic on the back or bottom of the seat. That will tell you the DOM.

If you look on the back or bottom, there should be a small set of "dials" That tells you the date of manufacture. There will be one with 31 numbers, that is the day. Usually there is one with 12 numbers around and then 2 numbers in the center that is the month & year.

Also... I was curious about identification stickers for my kids with vital information should something happen to me in a crash.. Can you get premade ones?

Also, it tends to make a really poor booster. I had one for my kidlets until I found this board. (Sadly it was the 'better' seat; my bigger kids were all in backlesses.)

I love this board.

I agree. The reason it was in there is because I did not have the heart to throw it out when it was newer. I only used it for DS a few times and never liked it. it left way too much room and the seat belts did not touch his hips at all.

There was another car seat he had like that too. I had it for 2 months and gave it away.. It was too wide and high..
