FR85 Armrests

I've had the armrests on *both of my FR85 break. :/

Would you use them with the broken armrest in harness mode, or would you put it up until you get a replacement from Britax?

Yep, they aren't a structurally importmant part, so you can use them. Mine is broken too. Waiting for a new one.

Totally. I bought mine from Blondie87. The thingg was used maybe 3 times. DH noticed it. Surprised me!

So, if the arm rests are breaking off so easily, how are they supposed to help in booster mode? Aren't they supposed to help hold the lapbelt down.
