What is the LATCH and tether anchor set up in the 2009 Dodge Journey? Specifically the I am interested in the third row. Also is there center LATCH in the second row.

TIA!

Second row:
Center: Lower Anchor and TA
Outboard: (2) LATCH (includes TA)

*Notes:
2nd row 40/60 split seat: 60% of seat has (3) lower anchors. (1) lower anchor is used for both center and outboard seating position, do NOT attach 2 CRs to the same lower anchor. 40% seat has (2) lower anchors for that seating position only.

----

Third row:
Center: None.
Outboard: None.

*Notes: 3rd Row Outboard: Head restraint must be in upright position when installing CR.

Weight limit is 48lbs.

Here is the set up:

Mom is pregnant with baby #3. Mom wants all three kidlets in the second row. I don't know ages, but we have a RF Costco convertible of some sort, a FFer in a GN, and a baby in a SR32. Hip room is 54 inches. She is concerned with putting the FFer in the third row and not having TA, which you confirmed. Do we think that with theses seats 3 across is doable?

Oi. Yeah, that's a problem. :(

The GN isn't very 3-across friendly ... especially with the SS1/SR32/35. Actually, it's completely impossible for me to get a SS1 (with base) next to a GN in my '04 Grand Am. The base fits, but the bucket will not snap in (it's that stinkin' "bulb" thing that is on both sides of the handle).

The RF convertible isn't a Scenera, is it? I remember trying to get a Scenera next to a GN, too. I can't remember if it worked or not ...

Would she be able to get a Radian? How old is the FFer?

FFer is 5, and she is not sure what convertible it is. My solution is FF GN, RF RA50 (old style base) on the 60 part of the bench in the second row. Then put the newb in the third row outboard due to the click-ability of the infant seat.

That is probably the most reasonable option...

I'd probably do that-- Try to get GN and RF convertible on the 60 split, and n00b in the back.

(I about suggested to put the GN in the back and teach the 5yo how to buckle. Uh, right. No TT.)
