My DD had a field trip with Headstart today. The bus has built in 5 pt harnesses in the seats.

I used to work for HS and that's a standard. All children must be harnessed in the bus. The HS I worked for had 5 buses. Three had 5pt harnesses with a booster. And the other two had these over the head vest looking things that were 5 pt harnesses as well.

Yep, my 4 year old rides the bus to preschool every day. His bus has 5 point harnesses.

LOL we did 3 across for the seat but usually only had 2 kids per a seat. They wanted to do the 3 on each bus in case of emergencies or field trips. Except we did have 2 seats with just 2 that were the higher weight limit ones.
