New with tags, from Nordstrom. The brand is Iris & Ivy. It is a gorgeous dress. The top is a burgundy stretchy velvet material and the bottom is a shimmery pink with raised burgundy pattern. Has a tie in the back. This was a gift, so I'm not sure of the original price. Same brand dresses sell for $42-$58 at Nordy's. It has not been worn.
