Just wondering if anyone else has had issues with the new Frontier armrests? The little tab that has the screwhole that holds the armrest to the seat has broken so the armrest is lose. I have my pics all ready to send to Britax CS to request replacement, but I just wondered if this is a know issue. My Frontier was manufactured May 2010 and is the newer model with the stationary armrests (not the movable ones). My some doesn't use them to pull himself into the car or anything. I figure if they break off we're in trouble because they guide the seat belt for booster mode. Any tips for dealing with their Customer Service?

You're definitely not alone. Several others have had this happen with their Frontier 85 seats in the U.S. (the "85" is the name for the Frontier XT in the U.S.) and received a replacement seat or armrest replacement kit from Britax. This thread is one example and it also links to another member's thread about the same issue: http://www.car-seat.org/showthread.php?t=128373

I had the same problem, after having my seat for 2 months. I called and was quickly sent new ones, within a few days.
