Just googled. You're looking for German clothes! I live in Arkansas, Judi. It's a wonder I read at all, much less German .

It looked familiar, but I really didn't know what it meant. Not a lot of German descendants around here. We don't have any Oktoberfests or anything.

I had the nearly irresistible urge to start saying "Foonf" again upon seeing this thread title. A large portion of my family is of German descent but I barely know any German words. Sorry I don't know any sources, either, just had to Foonf in your thread.:duck:

Looks like you can routinely find dirndls in that size in several styles on eBay for less than $60 shipped. (Search "dirndl" not "dirndl dor.")

Basic-ish lederhosen size 40, around 50-60 shipped as well.

So you want less than that?

No, haven't tried Washington yet. Helping another mom with this. They are struggling, so $60 will be too much. I was hoping to find something cheap. Been checking second hand stores.

Dirndl habe ich leider keins und die einzige Lederhose im Haus ist ca. groesse 96.... hoffe aber das Du noch was passendes findest

I have a dirndl for myself that was my grandma's....I keep trying to find matching baby lederhosen for Liam without much success. Guess he'll be boring at Oktoberfest.
