I try to be a patient & understanding person, but today just pushed me over the edge! I picked up dd2 from preschool and there was a 3y/o being put into the front seat of his daddy's "fancy" sports car without anything :hitselfonhead: I talked to this guys 2 weeks ago about this and was very careful & gentle with my words...boy that didn't work! So, I emailed the preschool and asked permission to make a handout and if that doesn't work I'm calling the police!

Oh, and while I'm doing this handout does anyone have a picture of a child passing the 5 step test and/or an age appropiate child in a backless?

I know the feeling. I just emailed our daycare today about that exact issue. Yesterday, a dad picked up 2 kids...3 & 4...nothing in his truck. Today, Gramps dropped off a 3yr old boy...single cab truck, no seat. Sigh....

The first person I spoke to is from corporate was very receptive. She's fwd'ing my email on to someone else that may be able to put this together. I asked them to consider having a seat check event for the parents. I hope they put something together, and soon.

I called the LASD yesterday because a mom likes to keep her (looks like 1 y/o) DD in her lap while she drives. I've seen her do it twice but couldn't get a signal on my cell. Yesterday I got a signal but couldn't see her lic. plate. I have it all written down now and am ready to report her again and again.

Oh and yesterday, she pulled her out of her seat right after the Lt.'s black and white Expedition drove by!!!!

Thats it, I have had it!!
