I know! Bad car seat tech!

Here are some highlights.

No starting age limit, they say to check state law.

Say that a harness is always safer than a booster

Say to never lock the seat belt.

I wonder why no locking the belt

I always make my boostered kids lock their belts!

Many vehicles don't allow the belt to be locked for booster or seatbelt-only riders.

I will have to read my vehicle manual again then... I never noticed that, but will double check! DD2 is too tall for my RN, so she is in a hbb though her ability to sit still lacks quite a bit

Locking the seat belt is the only way I can keep my eyes on the road instead of her...

I forgot the manual also says that the seat only needs to be replaced if it was occupied unless the airbags go off.
