Seat Arrangements for Odyssey 2010

Just trying to figure out the best and easiest arrangement for our kids in our odyssey 2010.
We have our almost 6yr old now in a Parkway SG Booster, our 4 yr old in a Frontier(harnesssed) and a new baby due this week which will be in a Safeseat.
Our van has the optional slide over passenger seat to the middle which we have tried with booster in the back but I find it hard still to get booster buckled up esp with a belly like mine.
Any ideas would be great!
