We have a '95 Toyota Avalon, which is our main vehicle. I have 3 across the back - DS3 (17mo) passenger side in a RF WZ, DS1 (7.5 yrs) in a Husky, and DS2 (5 yrs) driver's side in a FF WZ.
It's a bit cozy, but we LOVE the car and I love having a trunk for stuff.

DH also has a '91 Nissan pickup. We've had various seats in it over the years (the boys only ride in it a handful of times a year).

I drive a 2001 Ford Escape. I have a hb Turbo on the passenger side and RF Scenera in the middle. I don't have my own kids, but these are for my friends kiddos. I really like driving my car, but it has a few miles on it. I am looking to upgrade in about two years, I think. My Escape doesn't get the greatest mileage, but it has been cheap to maintain so far. I have never had any trouble getting seats to fit this car. :D

I have a 2007 Acura MDX currently with a DC rf'ing behind the passanger in with LATCH, a BV ff'ing behind the driver installed with LATCH, and a Parkway in the third row behind the passanger. But my set up changes weekly...I have a sickness for re-arranging my carseats.
My husband drives a 2006 Nissan Titan crew-cab that has a rf'ing DC in the middle(seatbelt), a ff'ing BV behind the driver(LATCH), and a Parkway behind the passanger. But he normally folds up his back seat and has his truck full of samples and catalogs during the week so those seats stay out of his truck unless we need them in there.

I have an '05 Chevy Tahoe Z71 with 2nd row caption chairs. Both my girls are forward facing in Britax Marathons in the 2nd row. My youngest is installed with LATCH & older dd is installed with l/s belt & top tethered

Dh drives an '02 Chevy Silverado 2500HD crewcab truck. Older dd is passenger outboard in a Britax Regent & younger dd is in the center in a Britax Roundabout ff'ing.

When my lease is up I am trading in my Tahoe for a Saturn Outlook (GM's new crossover). I love my Tahoe but want something that is cheaper monthly payment & better gas mileage.

Another Mazda 5 owner; ours is an '07; we have had it about 2 months and I'm enjoying it. There's room for all 5 of us if we need it, but it doesn't seem too "wasteful" when it is just 2 of us (me and the youngest), but all 5 of us could fit if needed; we could even squeeze Grandma in!

Only one child still in a seat - 7 yo in a Parkway; no problems buckling herself with the Parkway.

I have a 95 Toyota Camry, with two kids in the back. It's pretty much a four seater now that the kids are both in Marathons. I used to be able to install Shelby's old Roundabout in the center with the MA outboard so someone else could actually fit back there, but that's not possible with two MAs. I can fit a Radian in the center though. :)

I have a 1999 Mercury Sable wagon and two kids in FF Radians. I can easily fit 3 seats across the bench, even when I had wider carseats (a Graco ComfortSport and a Century something), and I LOVE the storage space in the back. The car is having some issues, though, and we're planning to have another kid pretty soon, so we're starting to look for something with a 3rd row.

ETA: Dh has a 1996 Thunderbird. Not the easiest car to put carseats in.

It's in my signature, but I'll play anyway:

2006 Subaru Legacy wagon: My car. Almost 5 y.o. in a Compass B510 behind the passenger seat; 20 month old RF in a Marathon behind the driver's seat. With those two big seats in the middle row, it's pretty much a four-seater. But that's okay because car #2 is a......

2005 Honda Odyssey: DH drives the minivan in this household! Same seats, but positions are flipped.

Both cars have side curtain airbags for rear passengers, but only the van has stability control. :( Otherwise, we love both cars. The Odyssey is more practical, but the Legacy wagon is a blast to drive. Good thing we like the cars, because we'll be driving them for a decade or so!

I drive a 2001 Xterra. Piper sits passenger side outboard FFing in a Wizard. At the moment I have her Radian installed FFing middle. I was playing last weekend with all three of our seats (WZ/Radian/WZ fit GREAT three across) and I took out one WZ to put in Nathan's car (a 2004 Audi A4 Wagon) and I just left the Radian in for convenience, but then I remembered that my neighbor is having surgery this week, and we're watching her daughter at least one day, so may as well leave it in there.

I drive a 2001 Chevy Impala as my main car, but I live with my parents until I graduate so we play musical cars sometimes so I also drive a 2003 Tahoe, a 1995 Town and County, and on the super rare occasion a 1990 Chevy Silverado (or 1500? I think? ) that seriously refuses to die.

DD sits center in a Regent in the Impala, Marathon in the Center of the Tahoe, and TurboBooster Passenger Outboard of the T&C  Uhhmm, there ain't nothing in the Silverado b/c Princess riding in that is an absolute last resort.

I have a 1997 Dodge Intrepid with 3 across currently: passenger outboard Snugride (ydd), center FF Decathlon (odd), driver's side outboard RF Triumph (18 month old niece occasionally rides). This car is a bear to install seats outboard as the lightweight locking latchplates don't work like they should so locking clips are needed.

Dh drives a 1998 2 door Chevy Cavalier. Currently we have a RF Touriva (ydd) passenger side outboard. The Intrepid (and the Decathlon) stays where ever odd is since she's 40+lbs. The outboard seats and lightweight locking latchplates work great with car seat installation, but the center forward-of-the-bite belt is really a pain. The Snugride can't be installed there per its manual and the Touriva doesn't work there because when properly tightened the latchplate is right at the edge of the belt path is such a way that it won't stay tight. The buckle stalks don't cooperate with twisting either.

I'd like to get a 8 passenger minivan and a safer car (maybe a Scion xB) for dh, but that will have to wait a long time as we are commited to eliminating our debt and not ever taking on any more.

My car is a 2005 Chrysler Pacifica. Right now both kids are RF in Marathons in that car. I did have the Decathlon in it but couldn't get it as tight as the MA so now its both MAs in that car. The 3.5 year old is behind the passenger seat and the 20 month old is behind the driver's seat.

DH's car is a 2004 VW Passat. I have a MA RF behind the passenger seat and the DC is FF behind the driver's seat. I did have two RF seats in there until just recently but it seemed silly when we really only ever have one kid at a time in that car so only one seat needed to be RF (they both use the same harness height when RF) and the 3.5 year is soooo close to needing to go FF anyway that I decided to just bite the bullet and install the DC FF when I was switching seats around the other day.

I just realized that I could get 4 RF seats in my Pacifica, though. :) I had my infant niece in the car. I put a baby bucket behind the driver seat, and moved a MA to the third row RF and totally could have gotten another in beside it. I had to load the 3.5 year old into the third row through the hatch but she thought it was pretty cool!

we have a 2006 v6 accord sedan with a boulevard rear facing on the driver's side (up until sunday it was a combi centre st-she suddenly was too close to the top and ready to make the move!)

our other car is a 2006 acura tsx, with a decathlon rear facing also on the driver's side. she has been in this seat since 2.5 months old because she would never have survived the 630 mile roadtrip at thanksgiving in the infatn seat!

obviously we're huge honda/acura fans! ;) safety, reliability, and resale are all huge factors, and toss in a dash of fun to drive!

I also have a 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan AWD. One kid in a FF marathon. And currently a RF Scenera in the other captain chair. Yeah, the MPG isn't great, but I love the convenience of the van. And I do love the AWD in the snow. If I could afford it I'd get a new Sienna.

Our other car which rarely has a carseat in it is a 2000 Old Alero.

I have a Saturn Vue with an infant seat behind passenger, and FFing Radian in the center, both with LATCH. Soon this will be replaced with a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited (4 door) with the same seating arrangement.

Then, I have a Chase (LATCH) in the back center of my hubby's (huge) diesel crew cab long bed GMC. Baby would ride outboard in the infant seat baseless.

In our Jeep Wrangler I have a RFing WZ for the baby and a RYS for DD. No LATCH, and no center, so they are both outboard.

We're a one vehicle family. '98 Ford Expedition. 5 kids. 5 seats.
3rd row:
Parkway, Fisher Price Safe Embrace (note, not the new safe voyage, but the about to expire safe embrace) and Marathon.
2nd row:
Bodyguard and rear facing Roundabout (center). The passenger side outboard seat is left down for access to 4rd row.

No LATCh anywhere. Lap belts only in the center positions.

And I think that's everything.

I drive a 2006 Toyota Sienna Limited (7 seater)

My 6yo rides in a Regent in the Captain's chair behind the driver and the 4 (almost 5) yo rides ff in a Marathon in the other Captain's chair. I have that chair in the center position to make it easier to get to the 3rd row. I have in the past fit a booster and 2 large teens in the 3rd row.

My husband drives a 1998 Ford Explorer XLE

The girls RARELY are in his SUV, but when they are, the 6yo rides in a Bodyguard and the 4yo rides in a Turbobooster. I just had tethers installed in his Explorer, so we can use the girls' harnessed seats for any longer drives. (dh wants to take them fishing in Galveston and ISN'T going to get my van nasty and I don't trust the girls in their boosters for what would be an hour or longer drive)

Just have to mention that I LOVE my minivan.
I had one i drove for 5.5 yrs and I don't think I could drive anything else anymore.
