I didnt think I was going to be able to do it, even tried a few times to get it in but the base of the graco snugride was cranked all the way out. Once I cranked it all the way in it fit PERFECTLY! Snug as a bug in a rug, no movement, was at proper reclined position, exc. SO EXCITED NOW!! This was a huge stress for me not knowing for sure what we would be doing with my 6yo and im thrilled beyond belief that they both will get to stay in their radians  all are independently tight with LATCH!

I wanted the set up the way it is in the pictures because of school drop off (kids have to exit on passenger side). DS#2 is in the middle & this way baby is most accessible. It does NOT interfere at ALL with the way I keep my seat while driving.

Awesome! I am amazed that you got them in with LATCH! All of my 3 across successes needed to use seat belts to get the extra couple inches :D

Glad you made it work to make drop off at school easier!

Fantastic!

I moved this to carseat chat for you.

The only worry I see, even though you mention it's at the right angle, is that that infant seat is REALLY upright for a newborn. My guess is about 35º or so. Is it at the right angle because it's in the blue, or because you measured it at 45º and the pictures are playing tricks? Which can definitely happen. But the blue range on that seat is from 30-45 degrees. With one side being suitable for an older baby, the other side being for a newborn.

it looks far more upright in the picture than i think it really is... the thing is in the blue completely (no yellow showing) now that i know i can get it in (vs before) im sure i can play a bit with the actual recline setting on the base and see how high i can crank it before it starts interfering with the radian next to it.
