Tomorrow my neighbor is watching both boys while I go visit a co-worker in the hospital. She may not have much longer due to her aggressive cancer and I don't have a lot of choices in people who can watch my boys for me right now. She understands that proper child restraint is important to me. She will be watching C and then taking him with her to pick up her son and A from school. C is big enough (size and height) for a booster and can ride in it well without other distractions. He also fits in the RSTV. I know he can check the booster to make sure he is belted properly, but I'm not sure about the RSTV. A can use both and direct an adult in helping him with the RSTV...but not sure that he would direct someone helping his brother.
My thought is to have A ride in the RSTV and C in the HB Turbo and just tell the mom to lock the seatbelt. It is about 1.3 miles on residential streets that she will be driving him. Thoughts?
