Britax Regent in 2nd row bench of 2000 Grand Caravan?

I am considering buying a Britax Regent for my 3 year old daughter. The seat's size, however, has me concerned. According to the dimensions it looks like it would overhang the bench seat edge by 3 inches. I have a 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan with 2nd row bench seat and was wondering if anyone can speak from experience how this seat fits in theirs.

GREAT FIT!!!
I have our regent installed with the long belt path(leaves maybe an inch or so of belt), recline bar and top tether.

I will check to see if I have a decent picture showing the install...

Ok here is the only picture I have... Please pardon the projectiles in the back row...we just came home from a party and things just got tossed in the back...thanks hubby lol

I can actually get a Regent and a Boulevard next to each other on the 2nd row bench of my 2002 Grand Caravan, if that helps. I'm not sure what the difference in size is in the two vans. :)
