When is the MA(Canadian version) considered to be outgrown? My DD shoulders are 1 inch from being even with the top slots, yet she appears have only ~1/2 inch of shell above her head(doesn't this mean she has maxed out the seat?). She is pretty much sitting on the crotch buckle and her shoulders are being squished.
Time to move to a new seat? Her stats:4y3m; 37-38lbs; 43 in tall:eek: and a seated shoulder height of 13.75-14in.
She also has a GN, but I hate, hate, hate the head slump. I planned on getting her a HBB next June for her 5th Birthday IF she makes it to 40lbs, but thats a long way off.
Thoughts??? :)

A forward facing seat is outgrown when the shoulders are even with the top slots OR the top of the ears are at the top of the shell OR the max weight limit is reached.

I don't believe there is a difference in that for Canadian vs US seats. The top of the head below the shell is for rearfacing.
