The "bulkhead" seats are those with walls in front of them. They aren't systematically in the front but depending on the aircraft, can be located throughout the cabin. They're very popular and book out fast. Warning; on United, they're reserved for frequent flyers over families with children. Unfair but not much you can do...
The Radian will fit rfing in a bulkhead seat but any seat where you can get to the seatbelt other than sliding your hand along the edge will work (??) Also, remember to crank the seat all the way back to install and then bring back upright. When removing the seat, again, crank the seat back and that usually loosens the seatbelt enough to let your seat escape.
