ISO Ballet shoes

Sofi wants to be a ballerina for Halloween. We have everything except shoes. She wears size 9.5- 10. I'd love them to last awhile as dress ups too.

Old Navy has them for $11.50 IIRC. I just got size 10 for my DD the other day. Target has them for a little more, maybe $16?

Walmart and Target have ballet slippers (used for small kids ballet classes - what my dd wears) for about $6.50. They are at the display with the little kids dance leotards and tights. They are soft and comfy.

I've seen them at pretty much all the major retail stores. I would be worried about blisters for actual dance classes, but for dress up they would be great :)

I have a pair of never worn -- outgrown -- Bloch Ballet size 11 slippers/shoes.... I can sell you, if you're interested.
The only thing 'wrong' with them is that the teacher wrote dd's name in one of them. I have no clue why. But they are brand spanking new.

Here they are Bloch full sole ballet

I think they'd fit a size 11- 11.5 street shoe. But they do stretch to a point. (heh, no pun intended  ) So there would be plenty of room left for dress up. Just use the ties and they should work for play. Too large for dancing would not be good, but for play? No biggie.

I miscaculated when I ordered these. DD wore her size 10s until March 09, but she didn't want to enter ballet here until Sept. She outgrew these in the spring-summertime of her 'break'.
I can also throw in dd's used pair that she just outgrew, but they are worn, if you like for future. :shrug-shoulders: :) Street size 11.5-12

A secret to keeping them nice for trick or treating is to wear them inside of Crocs or clogs. :)

Just pm me if you're interested.

Medium. But dd has a rather narrow foot and they (the brand) fits her very well. She's been wearing this style for her past 3 or 4 ballet shoes.
Thanks. I'm out then as DD needs the C width in the Bloch Dansoft. (in Canada they come A, B, C, D, E width and medium is usually B)
