South Carolina... Non emergency easy to remember # to report unrestrained/improperly restrained children. The people you report first get an information packet in the mail. Buckle buddies. This may have been posted already.

Also came across this injury study of 0-8 year olds in motor vehicle traffic crashes from the nhtsa that was released in May 2010.

I'm finding some interesting stats here. I REALLY REALLY wish that, under 'lap and shoulder belt' they'd divided it into 'with booster' and 'without booster.' Or if they would tell us if they're including booster under child restraint. Maybe I'm missing where they tell us this info? I think it'd be SUPER interesting then.
