Well thank you everyone for your help a week or so ago. I am a lot better already. I am still upset at times but i am not always out of it like i was before. I have been talking to a close friend about my life and he made me think through some stuff that i didnt even want to think about. Don't you hate it when friends do that. lol. But really i feel better about many things the one thing i am kinda upset about is that i do not think i feel the same way for my bf that i used to so i think we are going to take a brake and see how i feel. I just seem to be more upset around him and i never want him around but i can go out with friends or talk to other people and be fine. But i just wanted to let you all know and say thank you to everyone that helped me. I am sleeping better at night and smiling. i like it :2thumbsup:
ETA: i already almost never talk to my bf. we work different times and have things we do. We used to spend more time together than other things became more important. It is going to be sad but i think it is for the best
