Question another seat replacement question

Last Friday I was on my way to pick up from preschool and I was sitting in traffic at a stop sign and rear ended the car in front of me. I was stopped and thought the car in front of me was moving forward so I moved forward but the other car didn't. I was going less than 10mph and there was no damage to either cars. Do my seats (MR and TF) need to be replaced or would you still feel comfortable using them?

Both First Years and Graco would say that they need to be replaced.

I personally wouldn't worry if the impact was no more than what you would feel if you braked hard. Did your seatbelt lock?
