Anyone else catch this during Saturday morning cartoons? We rarely have TV on, so this could be old news.
While not perfect, I think it is a nice catchy way to advertise proper usage. It does a good job of saying that you should rear-face as long as possible - but refers to the group of children as "babies - rather than babies and toddlers".
