I think if they replaced the girl image with another image like the words "slow down", a warning road sign image or the the actual speed limit, it would be a much better idea.
I agree. I'm afraid that having something in front of me on the road while I'm driving would startle me and cause issues but I'm willing to learn to deal with a warning sign. And it would probably be helpful in some situations. But NO images of children
