He came- my UPS man came and brought me my new Radians65sl.

Gosh- I did not realize just how heavy this seat is! ....and he was carrying them both at the same time- he must be Superman!!!!

Anyhow- I sat down and read the manual pretty much from front to back and even learned about the funny looking thing you need to attach to the harness in the back for kids under 40 lbs that are FFing. Yes, with this seat I am turning my 3y 7m old around- he has been asking and I think I am finally over being paranoid him being FFing.... we will see how it goes since we are going on a trip this evening until Sunday:)

The seats are installed in a 2008 Ford Edge and I have to say- they installed like a charm!!! Very easy- very solid install!

Quick question though- you can see in the 5th pic how the adjuster for the latch is resting on the side if the seat-is that okay? Also- is the angle okay for my 18 month old?

Here a few pics- enjoy:)

Wow, you even took a picture of the UPS truck delivering your packages. You really must have been excited to get these seats.

Glad to hear you didn't have any installation issues with your car. Hopefully someone with radian experience can answer your question about that latch adjuster.

LOL I wonder if non c-s.org'ers take pictures of the UPS man.

It's hard to tell the angle. In the fourth picture it looks reclined, but not over reclined. I'd try to get it more upright. In the last picture it looks much better.

The LATCH is flat against itself, so not a problem.

LOL- for some reason I do not think so:D

I think it might have been the angle of the picture- if the last pic looks good then it should be okay:)

I took pics when our radian arrived, but didn't think to get pics of the truck! :)

My latch adjuster sits like that, too.

DS was flipped at 3y7mo. :) He outgrow the marathon by height, and it was a couple weeks before I ordered the radian. I left him FF. However, he spent several months this summer RF, and did great. But he LOVES to see out the front of the car now.

Good luck!
