Awesome :) I cant get a great pic because my vehicle is a 2 door truck, but the radian installs so perfect, easily, upright in it, its just amazing and fun to install haha. Good to know about that year/model of explorer being the same!

Oh my! I looked at these but the gas mileage scared me off. Seems like beside that, they're perfect... Might have to go take another look! Awesome install!

I have an expedition and I installed the same seat outboard passenger (rear of couse) and it was very reclined. I did a swap and I put the seat outboard behind the driver seat. WOW! I have a Great upright install. I would try a different location for those having recline/upright issues.
HTH!

How does the size of your backseat compare to the liberty backseat... I need a new vehicle and I want a radian install like that :)

I thought that vehicle looked familiar. My mom has an 04 and the Radian I installed went in so easy that I was certain I must have missed something.

Holy perfect Radian vehicle! I was dubious that my Radian would go in as easily and as upright, since our Explorer has leather, and the seats aren't as sculpted as the pics in the OP. But wow I was shocked! This is with the front seat as far back as it will go, and it was just barely touching--I could easily pass my hand between the Radian and the front seat.

I could never get my Radian installed that upright to where it would stay that way. I tried all the tricks and no such luck, so we parted ways!

It's the car. Some cars (like the Explorers mentioned here) are super easy and super upright, and in other cars (lots of other cars!) it does not install easily or is too reclined and/or takes up too much space. This was a very easy install with no tricks needed

The other nice thing about the ex's (ha ha ha that's what they are called on the exploer forum that I'm also on) is that the bight is big. You can crap the boot feet down in there.
