Slot height in CCO

So DS2 is clearly on the 2nd slots when he's awake. When he falls asleep he is slightly below. The cover doesn't align well at all with the slots. I can leave him this way right? He clearly has plenty of shell above his head.

I think the 2nd slot looks good to me (though I am not a tech). I think that sleeping picture of him is so adorable. He looks so comfy in that seat.

Thanks! I think he is comfy... He just screams the whole time he is in the car.
