ISO Regent install help in the Chicago area

I am looking for a Certified CPST in the Chicagoland area who knows Britax Regent carseat and the long belt path install VERY WELL. Could you, PLEASE, give me some names and phone numbers so I can have my install of the Regent in my Toyota Corolla 1993 4-door sedan checked? Thank you very much in advance.

Lake Forest and Lake Bluff police both have technicians, but I do not know anyone personally, unfortunately. On the other hand, moderator Robert is an instructor for the north suburbs and should have a referral for you. Sharlene is also in the general area and may know someone. I will send them a note about this thread.

To the poster looking for help near Great Lakes:

I had luck at the police station in Highland Park (or it might have been Highwood) a few years ago - not a guarantee, but you might try there.

Unfortunately, I don't remember the tech's name, but I do remember that he asked for ds's weight (40 lbs at the time) and commented that is was a pity, that at his age he should be rear-facing. Ds had just had his 2nd birthday. :2thumbsup:
